Market@April 12: Day's reportProfit booking had its impact on market values on Wednesday. After a firm opening, the software sector showed mixed trend during the first half. However, during the second half selling was witnessed almost on all software stocks. Infosys, Himacahl Futuristic and Wipro showed sharp fall. Non-software stocks also came under selling pressure. Trading volumes were quite high with Satyam Computers, Zee Tele, Reliance, Infosys, and Global Tele topping the volume charts accounting for more than 52 per cent of total BSE volume.
