Market@April 24: Day's reportAfter a firm start, values started showing weakness later in the day. While few software stocks managed to show investment buying during the first half of the trading session, a large number of software stocks hit the lower circuits in the second half. Sensex declined 148 points to 4509 points. Nifty dropped 43 points to 1372 points. Reliance remained strong but dipped sharply in the last one hour of trading, losing 4 per cent on closing basis. Trading volume was comparatively higher. Satyam Computer, Reliance, Global Tele, Zee and Infosys topped the volume chart accounting for 59 per cent of total trading volume on the BSE. BSE Sensex
