Market@August 9: Day's reportThe software stocks continued to attract buying interest on Wednesday. DSQ hit the 16 per cent upper circuit and the trading volume touched an all-time high in this counter. Himachal also gained more than 10 per cent. Satyam and Pentamedia also attracted record volumes. Other software stocks also gained. The overall trading volume was quite high on both exchanges. Meanwhile, the non-software segment remained under pressure.
