| LML allots equity shares on preferential basis
|
| The Board of Directors of LML Ltd. at its meeting held today (September 9, 2000)has allotted 2216067 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 30/- per share to the Indian promoters and their nominees on preferential basis. Accordingly the paid equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs 414.39 million to Rs 436.56 million. |

| International Travel House Ltd. (ITHL) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Land Base India Ltd. a subsidiary of the company at its meeting held today (September 9, 2000) has approved transfer of 2.8 million equity shares of Rs 10/- each in favour of ITC Ltd. and consequent to the said divestment by the company Land Base India Ltd. and its subsidiaries ceased to be subsidiaries of ITHL wef September 9, 2000. |
