Market@April 27: Day's reportNew as well old economy counters lost substantially on Friday. Global, Himachal, DSQ Software, NIIT, Satyam, Zee, Silverline, SSI, Pentamedia and HCL Tech hit 16 per cent lower band. Infosys, Wipro and Digital also lost more than 8 per cent. Among the old economy stocks, counters like ACC, Grasim, RPL, Tata Power, IPCL, Gujarat Ambuja, Tata Tea, India Cements, Ashok Leyland and Century lost significatly. However, HLL, MTNL and Cipla remained firm. Colgate gained smartly. Sensex down 134 points at 3423. Nifty down 42 points at 1102. Sensex:
