Export growth slowed to 10.46% in Feb
Commerce Minister Murasoli Maran said on Saturday that export growth slowed to 10.46 percent in February, hit by a demand slowdown in the United States and Japan. Exports grew 24.01 per cent in January 2001. However, Maran said he was confident the country would achieve its 18 per cent export growth target for the financial year ended March 2001. ALSO READ:
