Congress finally releases Delhi list

The Congress on Thursday released its first list of 46 candidates for the December 1 elections in Delhi.

Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit was re-nominated from Gole Market constituency; many of her Cabinet colleagues, including Ajay Maken, Raj Kumar Chouhan, Harun Yusuf and A K Walia, will again contest from their respective constituencies, according to the list.

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee chief Prem Singh and Speaker Subhash Chopra were also re-nominated from Dr Ambedkar Nagar and Kalkaji constituencies respectively.
