RBI puts 5 co-op banks on watchlistBS Banking Bureau The RBI has put at least five co-operative banks on the watchlist and has directed all commercial banks to be 'cautious' in dealing with them. The list includes Friends Co-operative Bank, First City Co-operative Bank, Sitara Co-operative Bank, Western Co-operative Bank, apart from Madhavpura and the two others, which are embroiled in the bullion scam.
