THE PRINCE AND THE IT WIZARDS: Prince Charles poses for group photograph with the IT wizards at the reception-cum-demonstration organised in his honour in Mumbai by Nasscom on Tuesday.
Welcoming the Prince, Nasscom President Kiran Karnik spoke of India's IT edge, which was based on factors like high quality, vast resources of skilled manpower, conducive regulatory climate and world class infrastructure.
Apart from Karnik, others who also spoke on the occasion include Ganesh Natrajan, Managing Director, Zenzar Technologies; Ashank Desai, Chairman, Mastek; Jayant V Pendharkar, Vice President (marketing), Tata Consultancy Services; and Professor Krithi Ramamritham of IIT-Bombay.
