Salman Khan and Shah Rukh KhanThe biggest stars in Bollywood look like they're getting along really well.

At the Sahara One Sangeet Awards 2005, held at the Oakland Arena in California on September 24, the superstar Khans were the biggest draw.

Salman Khan, the country's most consistent box-office star, and Shah Rukh, India's most powerful moviestar, rocked the party that Saturday night.

The two performed a few songs together, and their warm camaraderie gave the audience much joy.

Even as Rani Mukerji and sisters Shilpa and Shamita Shetty set the stage afire -- all dances choreographed by the inimitable Shiamak Davar -- and the awards were presented, the Khans sat together and wholeheartedly enjoyed each other's company.

The critics awards for the evening included Best Music Director (A R Rehman, for Swades), Best Male Singer (Udit Narayan, for Swades' Aahista Aahista), Best Female Singer (Saapna Mukherjee, for Bose's Ghoomparani) and Best Lyricist (Gulzar, for Bunty Aur Babli's Kajra Re). Popular singing awards went to Sunidhi Chauhan and Roop Kumar Rathod.

But the highlight of the show was, undoubtedly, the Khans. At their coolest.
