 | 40 women in the fray  Rajasthan will witness a solitary straight fight in the Barmer constituency, 18 triangular ones and 42 four-cornered contests in the November 25 assembly election. Altogether 1439 candidates, including 40 women, are in the fray for the 200-seat assembly. The Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress have fielded a total of 24 women candidates -- the former eight and the latter 16. The number of independents contesting is around 600. UNI
