BJP expels Saklecha, 4 rebel candidatesThe Bharatiya Janata Party has expelled five rebels, including former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Virendra Kumar Saklecha from the party for contesting as independents against the official party candidate. BJP sources said disciplinary action had been taken by the state party president Nand Kumar Sai against Virendra Kumar Saklecha, who is contesting from Jawad in Neemuch district. Similar action has been taken against Kanhaiyalal Surma who is contesting as an independent from Sanchi in Raisen district, Nathsingh Pawar from Vidisha, Prakash Paliwal from Sironj in Vidisha district and Rajendra Singh Baghel from Vijay Raghavgarh.
