Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, and at isolated places in the plains of west Uttar Pradesh, west Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, north Konkan, central Maharashtra, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, north interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Mainly dry weather will prevail over the rest of the country. Rain or thundershowers fell at many places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, at a few places in Rajasthan, and at isolated places in central Maharashtra. Mainly dry weather prevailed over the rest of the country. Night temperatures were below normal in some parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh. They were appreciably to markedly above normal in sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, east Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Kashmir, west Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra, Gujarat, the Konkan, Goa, and north-central Maharashtra and in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, the hills of west Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan and Vidarbha. They were above normal in some parts of the plains of Bihar and in the remaining parts of Assam and Meghalaya.
