This old lady from Ratnal, Ratibhai Ahir now lives in a home re-erected by NGOs. Clinton strode through the rubble-strewn streets of Ratnal on his whirlwind five-hour tour of Kutch. Clinton passed by Ratinbhai's home but she did not know who he was. Before leaving Kutch, he waved to the crowds and shouted, "I will be coming back to India."
