10 hurt in Srinagar blast

Our Correspondent in Srinagar

At least 10 civilians were hurt when a massive explosion tore through the high security telecommunications complex in Srinagar on Tuesday morning.

All the injured have been rushed to hospital.

Meanwhile, agencies have put the number of injured at 18.

No militant group has so far claimed responsibility for the incident.
