The electrical mechanic, who had been allegedly sexually exploiting his daughters ever since the death of his wife ten years ago, was nabbed on Tuesday when the RUWA contacted the district women's development agency and District Collector B N Sharma.
The accused used to forcibly intoxicate the girls and rape them repeatedly, according to the First Information Report (FIR) lodged with the police.
The RUWA came to know about the plight of the girls while conducting a camp for adolescent girls in the Jhotwara area and promptly alerted the authorities.
The rape victims told the police their elder sister had committed suicide a few years ago when she became pregnant after being molested by their father.
A medical check up of the two girls was conducted on Wednesday, police added.
