BSF company HQ attacked in J&K

The rocket hit a private building, adjacent to the company headquarters of the 63 Battalion of the BSF at Nowohatta, setting a portion of it on fire.

A BSF spokesman told PTI that fire-fighters put off the blaze immediately and there was no loss of life.

Window panes of the BSF company headquarters and several nearby houses in the area were smashed under the impact of the rocket explosion.

No militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack.
