The Central Bureau of Investigation will challenge the Delhi high court order quashing the charge sheet against the Hinduja brothers in the Rs 640 million Bofors payoff case.
"We are examining the judgment of the Delhi high court after which we will move a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court against it," CBI spokesman S M Khan said, while reacting to the verdict.
He said this was the only option available with the agency.
