An identity card of an employee working for a company believed to be owned by Saudi extremist Osama bin Laden's family has created a flutter in Jodhpur.
The card, issued by the Dubai-based company to Tajjumul Hussain, was found in the busy Market Road inside the walled city.
Considering that Jodhpur is a sensitive city located near the western border with Pakistan, the intelligence wing of the state police is not willing to take any chances and wants to trace Hussain's antecedents.
But first, they have to locate him.
The card has been sent to the state police headquarters in Jaipur, Jodhpur Superintendent of Police (Intelligence) Prashaka Mathur said.
The card was found by a youth who handed it over to his father who passed it on to the police.
The card carries a photograph of the employee and two telephone numbers. The text is in Arabic though the employee's name has been written in Hindi too.
On the back side, are photographs of the holy shrines in Mecca and Medina.
