The report was presented to the court in a sealed cover captioned -- 'Involvement of Shri R S Sharma.'

The court has ordered the SIT to handover the report to Chief Minister Sushilkumar Shinde for necessary action.

On a plea made by the advocate general, the report has been classified.

Meanwhile, the SIT has begun listening to and transcribing taped conversations between Telgi and others submitted by the Karnataka government on Tuesday.
