Deputy Prime Minister Lal Kishenchand Advani would hold the second round of talks with the Hurriyat Conference, led by Maulvi Abbas Ansari, on March 27 in Delhi.
The announcement came a day after Hurriyat chairman Maulvi Abbas Ansari expressed willingness to hold the talks if the Centre extended an invitation.

N N Vohra, the Centre's interlocutor on Kashmir had on Monday met senior bureaucrats in the Union Home Ministry to discuss the agenda for the talks and the invitation that is to be extended to the Hurriyat.
The first round of talks was held on January 22. Ansari, former Hurriyat chairmen Abdul Gani Bhat and Mirwaiz Umer Farooq and its senior leaders Bilal Lone and Fazal-ul-Haq Qureshi had represented the separatist conglomerate. Qureshi later backed out following militant threats.
