A day after Best Bakery case witness Zaheera Sheikh sought police protection from social activist Teesta Setalvad, an accused in the case on Thursday claimed Setalvad had 'threatened' him while being taken out of the court in Mumbai.

Dinesh Rajbhar, the accused, told special judge A M Thipsay that Setalvad had on Wednesday evening warned him, "Hum tum sab ko dekh lenge (We will see you)."

The court has taken the complaint on record.
