The Archaelogical Society of India and the Sunni Wakf Board are locked in a bitter tug of war over ownership of the Taj Mahal.
"Apart from the graves, the presence of a mosque and a tomb in the Taj complex clearly signal that it is truly a Waqf (religious trust) property," says the Wafk Board, which is in charge of maintaining Muslim graveyards and mosques.
Not so, says the ASI, which has been looking after the world's most famous monument to love since 1920. It cites a government of India notification issued in 1920 which gave ownership to the ASI.
So who do you think should own the Taj? Tell us.
