Witnesses said some of the CRPF troopers allegedly roughed up some shopkeepers and passers-by in the Maisuma locality of the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir.
The trouble is stated to have erupted with an altercation between the CRPF troopers and shopkeepers and locals.
