The logo of the terrorist outfit Indian Mujahideen -- depicting the silhouettes of two Kalashnikov wielding men in the background and a globe and a book in the foreground --was created by a Pune-based engineer, according to the prime suspects of the twin blasts in Hyderabad.

The three accused in the case -- Aneeq Shafeeq Syed, Akbar Ismail Chowdhary and Ansar Sheikh -- are being interrogated by the officials of the anti-terror wing OCTOPUS.

The trio revealed that the logo, which appears on the e-mails sent to media organisations, was created by a Pune based software engineer.

According to OCTOPUS officials, the Pune-based techie had sent the logo to IM leader Riyaz Bhatkal.

While three of the suspects in the twin murder case have been brought to Hyderabad by OCTOPUS for questioning, the other suspects arrested by the Maharashtra police are presently in the custody of the Mumbai police.
