The music video of Michael Jackson's [ Images ] hit track Thriller has been voted the greatest of all time.

The 14-minute mini movie released on December 2, 1983, was named the best ever on the eve of its 26th anniversary.

It was directed by John Landis [ Images ].

In 2006, the Guinness World Records listed it as the most successful music video, selling over 9 million copies.

'By merging film and music, Thriller set a new precedent for the industry,' the Daily Star quoted Graeme Slattery of pollsters Muzu.tv, as saying.
