Sharing the first official poster on Twitter, she wrote, 'Tweethearts!! First Poster of MALINI & CO.. enjoy Xoxo Muuuaah!!' 

Directed by Veeru K, the film is set in the backdrop of terrorism.

Stars pay tribute to K Balachander

Several stars took to Twitter to pay tribute to veteran filmmaker K Balachander who passed away on Tuesday night at a private hospital following a prolonged illness. 

Here's what they said:

A.R.Rahman: 'Dear KB sir, your vision and creations have inspired 3 generations. Really grateful for intro'ing me thru your co Kavithaalaya in Roja RIP!'

Sridevi: 'Balachander sir passes away, the legend lives in hearts of millions of filmgoers. Artists whose lives he enriched by casting & mentoring us. His films were bold & so were his decisions. One day he decided to cast a child artist as a heroine.MOONDRU MUDICHU changed my life forever. Tamil Cinema & all people involved in it including me have grown in his shadow. Don 3 in the making?

Action-thriller Don 2 completed three years on December 23.

Shah Rukh Khan's fans took to Twitter to request the makers to come up with a sequel.

Subsequently, producer Ritesh Sidhwani met SRK to discuss the possibility of the third edition to the Don series.

'Had a good meet with @iamsrk on #Raees & also discussed #weWantdon3 trending today.. Feels good. Now off to Thailand to be with family,' Ritesh tweeted.
