The title of Dileep’s latest film has been changed.
The film which was earlier titled Buddhettan, has now been re-christened Villali Veeran.
The film is directed by debutant Sudheesh Sankar. Namita Pramod plays the heroine. Mythily is the other female lead.
Villali Veeran has been produced under the banner of Super Good Films and the shooting is currently underway in Thodupuzha.
In a press release, the makers of the film explained that they didn’t want to hurt the feelings of Buddhists and that is the reason the title was changed.
Villali Veeran is Dileep’s release this Onam.
