Nayanthara to be paid Rs 3 crore for Chiranjeevi-starrer?

Nayanthara has reportedly bagged the coveted role in Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film.

This will be Chiranjeevi’s 150th film and the makers are believed to have offered Nayanthara Rs 3 crore to sign on the dotted line. 

Rumours also suggest that the film will have a bikini scene, for which the actress has demanded an additional one crore!

The film is the Telugu remake of the Tamil blockbuster Kaththi and will be directed by VV Vinayak.

Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy to team up again

Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy became the talk of the town after their spectacular performance in 2015's big hit, Thani Oruvan.

The film had Ravi playing a cop, and Arvind was the intelligent adversary. 

Latest reports confirm that the duo is getting back together for a film titled Bogan, directed by Lakshman.

Hansika Motwani has been roped in to play the female lead. This will be her third film with Ravi after Engeyum Kadhal and Romeo Juliet.

Jayam Ravi will once again don the khaki and if rumours are to be believed, the dashing Arvind Swamy will play a prince.

The project will be bankrolled by Prabhu Dheva.

Aishwarya Rajesh goes to Bollywood

 

After Dhanush, Aishwarya Rajesh will try her hand in Hindi cinema.

The pretty actress, who surprised everyone with her exceptional performance in the National award-winning film Kaaka Muttai, will be seen in a Hindi film opposite Arjun Rampal.

Titled Daddy, the film is touted to be a biopic and will have Arjun playing the role of a gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli.

Produced by Arjun himself, the film will be directed by Ashim Ahluwalia of Miss Lovely fame.
