Karisma Kapoor is going through a very painful divorce.
While her entire family has stood by her like a pillar of strength, it's Karisma's brother-in-law Saif Ali Khan who has been the most supportive.
Says a source, "Karisma is very close to Saif."
"She has shared her marital problems with him all through the painful breakup and he has advised her accordingly."
Confirming her husband's genuine concern for her sister's domestic situation, Kareena Kapoor Khan says, "I am very protective towards my sister. But more than me, Saif is protective of her."
"He truly loves Lolo. She is a wonderful person and very reserved. She says I bully her. She is mild, mellow and soft spoken. She's like a little lamb. She lives two building away from me and we are constantly in touch."
