Madhur Bhandarkar's Indu Sarkar will release mid-2017.
Neil Nitin Mukesh, who got married recently in a lavish affair, will reportedly play Sanjay Gandhi in Madhur Bhandarkar's Indu Sarkar. Based on the 1975 Emergency, the film was earlier called Indu.
The makers were tight-lipped about Neil's character but a leaked image seems to confirm his role as Sanjay Gandhi. Supriya Vinod will play Indira Gandhi.
Indu Sarkar also stars PINK actress Kirti Kulhari and Ahalya fame Tota Roy Chowdhury.
Music composers Anu Malik and Bappi Lahiri have joined hands for the first time to create music for Indu Sarkar.
The film will release mid 2017.
