Two Queens make for one pretty frame!

Priyanka Chopra, a UNICEF goodwill ambassador, is investing her trademark zeal into UNICEF's initiative to educate Syrian children in Jordan who have sought refuge from the horrific civil war in their country.

We saw her spread cheer, kindness in Jordan.

She introduced us to her lovely new friends.

She also made sure to share huge Katrina Kaif fan Wafaa's video and gave a shout out to Kat.

On Wednesday, September 13, PeeCee met Queen Rania of Jordan.

'I had the privilege and honor of meeting Her Majesty, @queenrania of Jordan again...this time in Amman,' PC wrote.

'It is amazing to see the full extent of support that the Kingdom of Jordan has provided during the ongoing Syrian refugee crises. The numbers are staggering and overwhelming but the good work continues day after day.'

'Queen Rania is a true inspiration. Her tireless efforts to help those in need comes straight from the heart and has always been consistent.. as a UNICEF Eminent Advocate for Children, she leads by example as is so evident by the countless programmes for children that she is involved in.'

'She does this all with such grace and calm. The meeting and our discussions, further reiterated my commitment to to help children the world over... because every child matters, no matter where they come from.'

'I'm looking forward to meeting her again at the United Nations General Assembly in NYC next week which we both will be speaking at.'

'Thank you Jordan for the hospitality and I will see you again.. '

Dunno if Priyanka knows that the beatiful Jordanian queen has a movie connection via her husband, King Abdullah II.

Toni Gardiner, an English army officer's daughter, worked alongside David Lean when he was shooting Lawrence of Arabia in Jordan.

King Hussein of Jordan had loaned the famed filmmaker some of his troops to work in the the future epic.

The dashing monarch often dropped by to check how things were going and was smitten by Toni.

She became his second wife, Princess Muna al-Hussein.

Abdullah, who ascended the throne in the Hashemite kingdom after his charismatic father's death in 1999, is their first child and King Hussein's first son.

Unlike his father who married four times, King Abdullah -- a popular ruler in a troubled region -- has wed just once, to the elegant Rania, who is of Palestinian origin.

The queen, who turned 47 on August 31, is arguably the most passionate-about-good-causes royal in the Middle East, spurning the affection-for-the-good-life lifestyle favoured by the Arabian aristocracy, working tirelessly to improve the lot of her people and indeed the world.
