Rakhi Sawant's grand engagement

After such publicity and hype, Rakhi Sawant's telly show has met with a grand finale with the actress getting engaged to Elesh Parujanwala.

After weeks of speculation and high drama, Rakhi decided to spend the rest of her life with the Toronto-based bachlelor. The finale was held at Mumbai's Hotel Leela Kempinski.

Rakhi's friends and and the who's who of the television industry were invited for Rakhi's grand engagement -- like Saroj Khan, Ravi Kissen, Apurva Agnihotri, Shilpa Sakhlani, Karan Patel, Sudha Shivpuri, Raju Shrivastav, Anjori Alagh, Sayantani Ghosh and many more.

"Elesh made an impact on me since day one of my Swayamvar," Rakhi said. "He came across as a genuine and caring person on and off camera. He is everything that I look for in an ideal life partner and I am glad to have found him on the Swayamvar. Swayamvar means finding a jeevan saathi and I have found Elesh. Though I am ready to get married, we need to understand each other better off camera. I thank God for helping me take this crucial decision."
