Apparently, all is not well with Usher on the family front, and he is going through a painful separation from his wife Tameka Raymond.

An Associate Press report on cbsnews.com confirmed that Usher and Tameka were staying apart for nearly a year before filing for divorce.

The report also stated that the twosome, who got married in a glitzy ceremony in August 2007, went their separate ways since last July.

Mallika first met Usher at the annual Better Educated Students for Tomorrow lunch at the Millenium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles recently and got along like a house on fire. Soon after that she even Tweeted raving that he was so handsome and that he has promised to dedicate a song to her.

Mallika has always been outspoken about everything, except her love life. In fact, the actress has not dated a Bollywood personality yet.
