How did you get Delhi Belly?

Immediately after Mumbai Salsa, I auditioned for Delhi Belly at Aamir Khan's office. Somebody from his office had seen my show. Also, a lot of people from his office had come to see Mumbai Salsa because Manjari Phadnis (who played Imran Khan's girlfriend in Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na) was in the film too. 

Plus, when I came to Mumbai, my first ever ad was with Abhinay Deol, the director of Delhi Belly. So he knew me.

Did you have to give an audition?

Yes. Imran, Kunal and the rest of the cast also had to audition.

What is your role in Delhi Belly?

Delhi Belly is a comedy. But it's not a sex comedy, as everyone says.

It is about three friends, and what they go through together. I can't tell you more, as I am bound by contract. But it's not for the faint-hearted. There are two women in the film -- Shenaz Treasurywala and Poorna Jagannathan.
