Forget contestants, what's the criteria for a judge on Color's India's Got Talent that kicked off last weekend?
After all, this is not a regular talent show which focuses only on a particular talent like singing or dancing. Here, the judges need to be prepared for the unexpected.
And this is the task before the three judges on the show -- Sonali Bendre, Shekar Kapur and Kirron Kher.
Let's find out if they have it in them to judge the show.
We start with the gorgeous Sonali Bendre, who is sporting a new look on the show.
She looks comfortable as a judge, is peppy and very different from her earlier shows. She is also enthusiastic and quick with her judgments.

The director is a very good observer. He's sensitive, straightforward and generous in his judgements. He uses his experience of watching several international acts and puts the Indian acts in perspective, mostly in a positive way.
We got a glimpse of his sensitive side when a bunch of endearing handicapped kids -- whose ages range from four to 17 -- performed an acrobatic dance in Punjabi style. Their inspiring performance brought tears to Kapur's eyes.
A man who isn't afraid to show emotion. We like. What about you?

Image: Kirron KherAnupam Kher's better half, Kirron Kher looks comfortable as a judge. She's quite appreciative and covers her face when the stunts get harsh or scary.
She was kind to the contestants from the North East and tried to make them feel comfortable. We definitely give her brownie points for that.
