'Lalit Modi has done a great job'

Shilpa Shetty is no stranger to reality shows or television. It was winning the British reality show Big Brother that catapulted her into international recognition and boosted her flagging career.

Now, Shilpa is ready to return to another reality show. She will be co-judging Zara Nachke Dikha on Star Plus along with fellow actor Arshad Warsi and choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant.

The last time Shilpa judged a dance show was Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, which aired on another channel.

Watch Zara Nachke Dikha from May 1, on Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm.

'My stint on television keeps getting better'

Shilpa admits that television shows have proven lucky for her and after marriage she wanted to do something that wouldn't take much of her time.

"I really liked the concept of the show and they are bringing it on a grander scale this year," she said.

"Dancing is always something that I enjoyed. This is my third stint on television and every year it keeps getting better."

'The battle between the sexes is always great fun'

Asked how different it would be from other dance reality shows, she said, "Every show is different from the other.

"The participants are celebrities and the show is dance oriented, but the edge will be the battle between men and women, which is always great fun."

She added, "We have got a whole lot of dances. It would be more theatrical and cinematically, it would be more interesting to watch."

'There is nothing murky about Rajasthan Royals'

On the controversy surrounding IPL commissioner Lalit Modi, Shilpa, a co-owner of the Rajasthan Royals with husband Raj Kundra, said, "Let it be an IT probe, don't make it a media probe. I think things have been over-politicised.

"As far as the Rajasthan Royals go, we came in the second year and we went the right way. There is nothing murky about us and as far as the IPL goes, it's got so much name and revenue to the country. Lalit Modi has done a great job."

'I am little young for an autobiography'

Meanwhile, Shilpa has reportedly been approached by an international publishing house for the rights to her autobiography.

"I have been approached three to four times to write my autobiography. But right now, I don't have any intentions of taking it forward. I am little young for it," she said.
