Sandra Bullock has topped Forbes magazine's list of Hollywood's Highest-Paid Actresses -- after pocketing 56 million dollars between June 2009 and June 2010.

Forbes compiled the list after calculating their upfront fees for movies, back-end box office profits and money earned from signature perfumes, clothing lines and other endorsements.

The Oscar-winning-actress took a lower fee than usual to star in The Blind Side in exchange for a larger share of the film's profits, a gamble that paid off, reports News.com.au.

Reese Witherspoon landed the second spot in the Forbes list, earning 32 million dollars over the past year from upfront pay for the movies How Do You Know and Water for Elephants, as well as her work for cosmetics company Avon.

Cameron Diaz takes the third spot with 32 million dollars.

The actress' source of income are the Shrek films as well as the romantic film Knight and Day, costarring Tom Cruise.

Though her last two movies -- Love Happens and The Bounty Hunter -- didn't do all that great at the box office, the Friends star still commands big bucks with a total earnings of 27 million dollars.

Sarah Jessica Parker with 25 million dollars rounded off the top five.

Like Jennifer, Parker still earns from the TV series and movie franchise, Sex and the City. Then there is the successful line of perfumes and her designs for a clothing fashion label Halston.
