Looking at the Top Actors of the Year so far
We saw Katrina Kaif topping the list of actresses, thanks to her success at the box office in the year so far. Trade analyst Vinod Mirani takes us through the list of actors who made it to the top five, this year.
Ajay Devgn
If Kajol made it to the list of top five actresses, husband Ajay Devgn is not far behind.
Devgn's last three releases -- Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge, Raajneeti and Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai -- have all done very well at the box office.
His performance in the latter -- where he played Sultan Mirza -- has been much applauded by the audience.
His success may continue with the release of his forthcoming films -- Rohit Shetty's Golmaal 3, Priyadarshan's Aakrosh, and his own home production, Toonpur Ka Superhero.

Akshay Kumar
His forthcoming films look promising -- Vipul Shah's Action Replayy with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan with Katrina Kaif.

Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor seems to be the next superstar in the making.
Last year, his film Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani was one of the biggest hits of 2009.
And he's started this year with a bang as well. His Raajneeti has become the biggest hit so far.
His next film Anjaana Anjaani along with Priyanka Chopra may just be a winner as well.
Ranbir's success has helped him bag quite a few endorsements too like Pepsi, Nissan Micra, Panasonic, Virgin Mobile and John Players.
Arjun Rampal
Arjun Rampal has beaten all the Khans, and is a surprise entry to the top five list.
Both his films -- Housefull and Raajneeti -- are among the top grossers of the year so far.
Now, we're looking forward to his next big release, We Are Family. A Dharma Production, the film co-stars Kajol and Kareena Kapoor.
The former model is going places in endorsements as well. Last May, he shot for a Schweppes ad with Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman.

Shah Rukh Khan
The number one man of Bollywood has fallen to the number five spot in this list of actors.
Shah Rukh has had only one 2010 release, My Name is Khan, which was an average hit.
His next film Ra.One will be out next year, in which he plays a superhero.
