The countdown to A R Rahman's 'Jai Ho World Tour' concerts has begun.
The music composer is busy with rehearsals for the tour which will kick off in New York on June 11.

Of the 20 cities the musical tour will visit, a majority are in America and Canada including Atlantic City and Vancouver.
The company will also perform at three venues in the UK, and in Paris, Amsterdam and Zurich.
The final performance will be in London on July 25.
Besides Rahman, these concerts will reportedly include few dozen artists/dancers also. These shows are claimed to be audiovisual spectacle involving pyrotechnics and lighting.
According to the organisers, the show will also have artists exuding a variety of genres including Bharata Natyam and tap dancing.
Rahman has signed up designer Ritu Beri to do the costumes.
Beri has designed unique LED costumes for Rahman and the entire team of his world tour, which includes artists, musicians and dancers.
Beri is working together with the tour's creative director, Amy Tinkham, who in the past has directed concerts for pop icons like Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys and Mariah Carey.
