Hollywood couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reportedly have an open marriage.
According to author, Ian Halperin, the couple, who took marital vows in 2006 and raised daughter Suri together, rarely spend time with each other.
'It's somewhat of an open marriage,' The Daily Telegraph quoted one insider as saying.
'Like Tom's ex Nicole Kidman I think Katie has grown tired of Tom's obsession with Scientology.' the insider added.
Harrison Ford, Calista Flockhart tie the knot
Actor Harrison Ford and his fiancee Calista Flockhart have finally tied the knot.
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson presided over the nuptials and has confirmed the news.
The couple, who were seeing each other for several years and got engaged last year, were married at the governor's mansion in Santa Fe.
The governor and his staff did not reveal any other details of the ceremony, saying it was "a private matter," reports the Sydney Morning Herald.
Ford's publicist has not yet confirmed the news.
Miley Cyrus pic sans underwear is fake
Blogger Perez Hilton has come forward to say that the photo of Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus sans underwear, which he posted on his Twitter page, is a fake.
The photo had caused fans to lash out at Hilton, 32, and he later removed the offending pic.
But now he says the controversy is "fake" because the 17-year-old actress was actually sporting some briefs when she flashed the camera.
'Miley was clearly wearing underwear,' the New York Daily News quoted him as saying in a video posted on his blog on June 15.
'Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?' he asked.
Hilton also told viewers he would not have posted the picture if the teen had been panty less.
'Do you think I'm stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she's not wearing any underwear down there?' he said.
'Sure I like to be controversial, but I don't want to go to jail,' he stated.
Hilton explained he was simply trying to poke fun at Miley for her lack of grace getting out of the car.
'The reason I linked to that photo is because I thought she was exiting this car in a very un-ladylike fashion,' he said.
'People, snap out of it!' he added.
American Pie star arrested on DUI
Actor Chris Klein has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).
The American Pie star was pulled over by a police officer when he was reportedly driving through Los Angeles in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
According to TMZ, Klein, 31, was forced to carry out a field sobriety test but failed, reports the Sun.
He was then arrested by authorities on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Simon Cowell surprises American Idol staff with gifts
Simon Cowell recently surprised the American Idol staff by showering them with expensive gifts stuffed with cash.
Cowell, who is known for his ill temper, pleasantly surprised behind-the-camera crew on the last day of filming for his final series of the show.
The music mogul gifted them expensive wallets and handbags packed with cash.
'The men got expensive wallets, the women got designer handbags. And tucked away inside was 500 pounds,' the Daily Star quoted a show insider as saying.
Hairstylist, make-up artistes, fashion stylist and camera crew all were amazed and touched by their boss's gesture.
'Simon Cowell likes people to think he's a nasty guy, but deep down he knows how much work they all do,' another insider said.
The source added: 'He wanted them to know he has valued their contributions.'
Oprah Winfrey gifts Apple iPads to staff
Talk show host Oprah Winfrey has given Apple iPads and 10,000 dollar cheques to employees of her O magazine, to mark its 10th anniversary.
According to the Advertising Age, Winfrey, 56, gave gifts to every employee, regardless of how long they have been with the company.
'These were personal gifts to the staff from Oprah to thank them for their hard work and dedication to the magazine,' the New York Post quoted a spokeswoman for the magazine's publisher Hearst as saying.
The talk show host is well known for her gift-giving ways. In 2004, she rewarded an entire studio audience with free cars from Pontiac.
