We love watching telly stars in our favourite soaps and reality shows. But have you ever wondered if these actors love watching their own shows? And if not, what are the shows that keep them glued on to the small screen?

We asked the stars, and this is what they had to say:

Claim to fame: Sangam, Dill Mill Gayee

I watch only comedy shows, and love the ones on Sab TV. I used to like Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai. I watch TV to relax after my day of hectic work.

I also like Friends and Seinfeld because they make you laugh and help you de-stress.

Claim to fame: Koshish Ek Aasha, Astitiva: Ek Prem Kahani, Des Main Nikla Hoga Chand, Sonu Sweety

Off late, I have not been watching any TV shows.

But before I started shooting for Sonu Sweety, I used to watch Zee TV's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo regularly. I would watch this show to see the performances and the way it has been shot. I watch Balika Vadhu sometimes as well.

Comedy and musical reality shows are really refreshing. I used to like Star One's Comedy Express because it was really funny and entertaining.

My favourite show is Balika Vadhu because it has a message dedicated to women. All the characters in the show have equal footage and their performances are outstanding.

I watch NDTV Good Times and National Geography.

Raju Srivastav was entertaining in Bigg Boss and I would watch the show only for him. I stopped watching Bigg Boss after he was evicted.

Claim to fame: Kulvadhu, Nach Baliye

I am a TV buff. Since I am not doing any shows now, I watch a lot of TV. My favourite shows are Uttaran because the cast is doing fabulous job. As an actor, I appreciate the way they are putting up the show.

I used to like Khatron Ke Khiladi: Fear Factor because it's interesting to watch the contestants do all the tasks with creepy crawlies. I don't have the guts to be part of such a show and cannot even think of eating insects and worms.

Claim to fame: Mahi's Way

I like Balika Vadhu because it has a message at the end of each episode. The child actors are doing a good job. Their ages are being shown correctly and are growing up in front of your eyes! That's very believable.
