R&B beauty Beyonce Knowles is pop's Sexiest Video Hottie of the year, according to a new poll.

The singer bagged almost a quarter of the vote for the scene in which she levitates from her bed in the sizzling promo for Sweet Dreams.

She also wears a series of Barbarella-style outfits and leather thigh boots in the video for the single from her Sasha Fierce album.

Over 30,000 fans cast their votes in the poll by US cable giant Fuse TV.

'We set out, pure and simple, to find the sexiest performances,' the Daily Star quoted a spokesman as saying.

Katy Perry's Teenage Dream video landed the second spot. The California Gurls singer appears in pinup mode in a series of candy-coloured promotional images for her new album.

The getup is a purple Bettie Page-style wig, a multicoloured pleather bikini, and a pair of chunky heels.

The second photo shows her in a tight hyper-short black pleather shorts and the tattoo she got to match the one on her husband-to-be, Russell Brand.

At number 3 is Britney Spears' saucy Womanizer which shows her naked in a sauna.

In the footage, the 26-year-old star opens the video posing totally nude in a steamy sauna, prompting fans to brand the clip her sexiest to date, reports Contactmusic.

The video is so raunchy that TV bosses decided to censor the video before it premiered on US news show 20/20, so that her younger fans would not catch sight of the sexy scenes.

Lady Gaga's eye-popping Bad Romance video grabbed the fourth spot.

Gaga clad in scanty outfits used computer animation to enhance her eyes in the video.

At number 5 is Fergie's London Bridge music video which was filmed at the Woolwich Barracks in Woolwich, South London.

The video featured backup dancers wearing dark lipstick and big hair while Fergie is seen intermittently sailing down the River Thames just in front of Tower Bridge.

Rihanna featuring Young Jeezy in Hard landed the sixth spot.

Rihanna is seen getting down and dirty in her music video Hard.

The pop sensation portrayed as Ri-I Joe wears a chain of machinegun ammo and a Mickey Mouse helmet.

The sexy video also see her rolling around in the mud.

At number 7 is Christina Aguilera's Dirrty video which was released in 2002 after she was transformed from the girl next door to sultry vixen.

The video features her performing various sexual fetishes, including mud wrestling, in a pair of leather chaps.

Pink's sexy video Sober landed the eight spot.

The video showed Pink and her doppelganger spanking and making out in a bed. However, the scene was cut or replaced by almost all TV channels.

At number nine is Shakira with She Wolf.

The Colombian singer is seen grooving erotically as she strips down to nothing for the video.

Performing provocatively in a cage for the titillating video, Shakira is seen flaunting her hip toned figure.

Flipping her blonde locks, the Hips Don't Lie star hangs upside down as she sings along in her signature style.

The singer has also added some raunchy lyrics to the song too, reports the Sun.

She sings: 'I'm starting to feel just a little abused like a coffee machine in an office/ So I'm gonna go somewhere cosy to get me a lover and tell you all about it.'

Rounding off the top 10 is Nicki Minaj featuring Sean Garrett's Massive Attack video.
