Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were spotted in Mumbai over the weekend promoting their upcoming movie, Anjaana Anjaani which will now release on October 1 and not on September 24 as planned.

The two actors said the film should be postponed as it coincides with the verdict of Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid issue.

"It is an important day for the country. I hope there is no dispute and the decision is favourable to all. Audiences may not be able to go watch the film on that day," Ranbir earlier told reporters.

"With security being deployed in many places it will be practical to postpone the film's release by a week or so as some may not be able to go watch it," Ranbir said.
