What Guzaarish is all about

Guzaarish may not tell a very vibrant tale but the trailer looks colourful and promising.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan re-unite on screen in this film, after Dhoom 2 and Jodha Akbar.

Guzaarish, which has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, is rumoured to be inspired from 2004's The Sea Inside, which was based on a true story.

What Guzaarish is all about

Hrithik Roshan plays a magician, and has Ash as his assistant. A twist of fate makes him a wheelchair-bound paraplegic. Ash is left with no choice but to take care of him.

Tired of his sufferings, he asks for euthanasia.

At the press meet, Hrithik claimed that his perspective on life changed after doing this film. "Thirty years from now I will still smile about being a part of this film," he said.

"Guzaarish is a beautiful cinema," Ash chimed in. "We are all extremely proud and excited to share this film with you."
