Just ahead of the Christmas weekend, A R Rahman launched the music of forthcoming film, Ek Deewana Tha, at the Taj Khema Hotel, Agra, along with the film's lead actors Prateik, Amy Jackson and director Gautham Menon.

British model Amy Jackson seemed happy against the perfect setting of the Taj Mahal, acting as backdrop for the romantic film.

She later thanked Gautham Menon for giving her an opportunity to work in his film.

Rahman was supposed to sing a song from the new album but he opted out.

Instead, singers Leon D'souza, Naresh Iyer, Jaspreet Jazz and Madhushree gave live performances of their tracks in the film.

The lyrics have been written by Javed Akhtar.
