Actress Amrita Rao made a shocking revelation about what her friend felt about Bollywood actresses before Rao became an actress herself.

'I recall when a kid my senior friend Priyanka kalbag told me "All actresses are sophisticated sluts! As an aspiring actress I was shocked"!!  How could she make a generalization like that??. I promised myself that if I become an actress I will prove her wrong!!' she tweeted.

'Today Priyanka is married and she is in Denver. She is my proudest admirer!! ..don't know if she even remembers what she had said..but it changed my life!' Rao added.

Shah Rukh Khan is in Dubai to celebrate New Year's Eve with his family.

'In dubai...had a great book shopping spree with my son. How he has grown...holding his hand now seems I am holding someone stronger than me. Can't wait to get my teeth into the books I bought. Beach...books...babies. I like the end of a year. Endings r beginnings backwards...hmmm,' he tweeted.

The superstar added that his Don2 team was scattered all over the world. 'Don 2 team all over the world rite now. Wherever u r my friends tonite let's celebrate our film. Miss u all. Don ka paigham...!!!' he added.

Amitabh Bachchan learns to play the piano

Amitabh Bachchan, who recently signed Shirish Kunder's Common Man, is taking his time to consider other projects and go through the scripts.

He tweeted: 'The scripts for prospective films now pile up to my right ..and each day I pledge to read some of them at least ..never does happen. There is so much to gather and imbibe in this world .. need time and concentration.'

In the meantime, music composer Aadesh Shrivastav is helping him learn to play the piano. 'But by far the most enlightening hour spent was with Aadesh Shrivastav, friend, music director, creator of many important works ..! He gave me some basics on the piano to practice .. ahhh !! the best feeling in the world .. a connect to the Almighty,' he added later.
