Delighted with the news, actress Sandhya Mridul tweeted, 'Always great when friends have babies :) DELIGHTED!!'

Rahul Bose joined in to congratulate the couple, 'massive congratulations to @konkonas and ranvir! a boy it is. with those genes, the dynasty is secure,' he tweeted.

Vivek Oberoi and Mahesh Bhupathi congratulated the couple as well.

Celina gets caged for PETA

Celina Jaitly shot for a campaign by PETA and was caged for over five hours.

'For the peta campaign I caged myself for over 5 hours its the most disturbing feeling imagine being caged for ur entire life in a 3ft cage' Celina tweeted about the experience.

Bachchans bond over dinner

The Bachchan family got together for dinner after a long time due to their busy schedules.

Amitabh Bachchan tweeted: 'Its Mumbai again after 2 months ! All back home after long .. Abhishek, Aishwarya, Jaya .. good to be at the dining table with all .!'

Abhishek sounded joyful too. 'Whole family back together after over 2 months. Always a good feeling to walk into a full house. So it was late dinner and a late night!' he updated.

KRK unfollows newly-wed Gul

The newly-wed Gul Panag humoured actor Kamaal R Khan when he decided to unfollow her on twitter. 'I am heartbroken RT @kamaalrkhan: @gulpanag Now you are married so I don't want to follow you,' she wrote.

Minissha Lamba, on the other hand, seemed upset and tried to cheer herself up. 'Received some bad news on the work front.. Everyday is such a battle.. Chin up gurl!!' she wrote.

Abhishek Bachchan tweeted 'Oh ya! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TWITTER!!! You turn 5 today. Thank you for connecting us all #happybirthdaytwitter' he posted.

Bollywood prays for Japan

While the condition in Japan seems to be going worse day by day, Bollywood expressed their concern.

Jiah Khan tweeted, 'My heart goes out to #Japan :-( 3 disasters in 5 days! One of the richest countries in the world has been brought down to their knees :-('

Amitabh Bachchan expressed concern about the radiation. 'Distressing news about nuclear problems in Japan .. warning sms swarming the mobiles about rain and precaution .. how much is true ?!' he asked.

Manoj Bajpai tweeted, 'Japan's horrific incident refuses to leave the Japanese people.let's keep praying for them.'

Ayesha Takia had a similar appeal, as she tweeted, 'Let us all keep praying for Japan,we must not stop.'
