When Supreme Court gave its verdict on the death sentence awarded to 26/11 terrorist Ajmal Kasab, Bollywood stars turned to Twitter to support the decision.

Filmmaker Hansal Mehta ‏wrote: 'Fahim's acquittal and Kasab's sentence also tell us that the Indian judiciary works. Makes me feel vindicated about making Shahid.'

Farah Khan ‏Ali tweeted: 'Finally relief for the ones who lost loved ones. Thank God.'

Actor Ashish Chowdhry who lost his sister in the attack tweeted: 'I get calls 4 Kasab's judgement. Why d heck do I care.I care for d security of all our futures.I care about eradicating religious differences. Kasab was not a one man army.He was raised, taught n trained to hate. The disease is elsewhere. Its in d stupid minds of religious fanatics. Hence I don't believe in religion. I'm an 'Earthling' first, then an Indian; and that makes me a Rockstar. My religion is Love. And Hope.'

Raveena Tandon ‏wrote: 'At last..actually an onam gift... Kasab hangs ..hope some screwed up humanitarian types don't screw this up now.'

Punit Malhotra ‏tweeted: 'A conviction after 4 yrs!!! Don't u think that questions the capability of our system and our officials? Hopefully Kasab will be hung sometime soon and another "mercy petition" won't hold ground.'
