A day after socialite Paris Hilton visited Mumbai's famous Siddhivinayak temple, it was the turn of celebrities Prabhu Deva and Sonu Sood to visit the temple, situated in Prabha Devi, central Mumbai.

The filmmaker was probably seeking blessings for his next Hindi film Ramaiya Vasta Vaiya, starring Sonu Sood.
 
It is a remake of Prabhu Deva's Telugu film Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana (2005), starring Siddharth (of Rang De Basanti fame) and Trisha.

Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana was a huge hit and was remade in Tamil, Kannada and Oriya.

Sonu Sood plays Shruti Haasan's brother in the film.

The film will introduce Girish Taurani (star of Tips founder Kumar Taurani) and will co-star Vinod Khanna, Randhir Kapoor and Poonam Dhillon.
